Talk through your move →What goes into my moving estimate?
The 3-hour minimum applies to actual work plus actual driving. For truck moves over 10 miles, one extra pickup-to-delivery drive time is added after the minimum, at your agreed crew hourly rate. No extra drive time applies at 10 miles or less or for labor-only work. Breaks are excluded. Other agreed charges are separate. Your inventory, crew, access, packing needs and travel all shape the plan. Share stairs, elevators, long carries and extra stops early. We confirm the scope and pricing in your written estimate before booking.
Are packing materials included?
A full moving crew brings blankets, plastic wrap, tape, standard tools and dollies. Boxes, dish packs, wardrobe cartons, packing paper and specialty protection are included only when listed in your written estimate.
Can you help if I already have a truck?
Yes. Request loading or unloading help for your rental truck, container or storage unit. Labor-only service does not include a moving truck or transportation. Separate loading and unloading locations or days should be included in your request.
What about a piano, safe or unusually heavy item?
Tell us the item, approximate weight, dimensions and access at both ends. If you do not know the weight, say so. Items over 250 lb may have a heavy-item fee; we review specialty work before confirming it.
Does submitting a request reserve my date?
No. A request starts the conversation. Our team reviews availability, inventory and access, then confirms the written estimate and moving arrangements with you.
